At Roberto Era, every timepiece reflects decades of expertise and a commitment to precision. To ensure lasting satisfaction, all Roberto Era watches are protected by a two-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.

✅ Warranty Coverage

The Roberto Era warranty guarantees that your watch is free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use. If any such defect arises within two years of the purchase date, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge through an authorized Roberto Era service center.

❌ Exclusions – What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Water exposure beyond the watch’s rated resistance level
• Theft, loss, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, plating discoloration, or fading
• Non-mechanical parts such as leather straps, buckles, crystals, or crowns

Routine maintenance such as battery replacements, water resistance testing, and general servicing are not included in the warranty and may incur a service fee.

🛠️ Authorized Repairs Only

To maintain the validity of your warranty, all servicing must be carried out by Roberto Era–authorized technicians. Repairs or opening of the watch case by unauthorized parties will void your warranty.

📝 Proof of Warranty

To access warranty service, you must provide:

• A valid warranty card stamped and signed by an authorized Roberto Era retailer, or
• An original proof of purchase from RobertoEra.com or an approved reseller

• All repairs are handled with expert care and may take time depending on the nature of the issue.
• Unless specified otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from the service center.
